1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account and the Service

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at wutengfei214312@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Daily Planner provides tools for organizing schedules, tasks, projects, and connected calendars. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Fingertip Time Technology a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.

You may use the Service only for personal or internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

3. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help others to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• use the Service to harm, threaten, harass, defraud, or impersonate another person;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security or operation of the Service;
• access the Service through unauthorized automated means, scrape data, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits it;
• upload malicious code or use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content; or
• resell, rent, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties without our written permission.

4. Third-party services and links

The Service may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You choose whether to authorize a connection and may disconnect it in Settings. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your information.

5. Paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are governed by the Purchase and Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Except for your content, the Service and its software, design, text, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Daily Planner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Planner disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any schedule, reminder, synchronization, or content will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Planner and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our business. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or another appropriate method. Your continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms means you accept them.

10. General terms and contact

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Fingertip Time Technology regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fingertip Time Technology is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.
