Daily Planner

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fingertip Time Technology, the operator of Daily Planner (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, including account details such as your email address and display name; calendar events, tasks, projects, notes, preferences, and time-zone settings; and messages or attachments you send to Support.

Connected calendar information

If you choose to connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, we access the calendar data and authorization credentials necessary to provide the connection you request. Depending on the permissions you authorize, this may include calendar names, events, event details, and changes you make through Daily Planner. We use this information only to display, create, update, delete, and synchronize your calendar data as directed by you.

Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as device type, operating system and app version, language, IP address, approximate region derived from IP, diagnostic logs, and interactions with the Service. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Purchase information

When you purchase a subscription, the applicable app store or payment platform processes the transaction. We receive purchase status, subscription product, transaction identifiers, and renewal or expiration information needed to provide your entitlement. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service; create and synchronize your calendars and plans; authenticate your account; process and restore subscriptions; respond to requests; protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and understand and improve product performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content of your connected Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not use it to serve advertisements.

3. How information is shared

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service or when required by law. This can include:

  • Service providers that host data, provide customer support, analytics, security, or infrastructure services, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Google or Microsoft, when you authorize a calendar connection or synchronization request.
  • App stores and payment platforms to verify purchases and manage subscriptions.
  • Authorities or other parties where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or notice of material changes.
Google user data. Daily Planner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Your choices and rights

You can update certain account and planning information in the Service. You may disconnect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar at any time in Settings; this stops future synchronization, but does not automatically remove data already imported into Daily Planner.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You may also request deletion of your account through the account settings or by contacting us at wutengfei214312@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with equivalent rights, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at wutengfei214312@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by another reasonable method before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
