Purchase and Subscription Terms

1. Purchases and pricing

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other digital entitlements. The features, billing period, price, currency, applicable taxes, and any trial terms are shown to you before you confirm a purchase. Availability and pricing may vary by country, platform, promotion, and account.

When you purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform, that platform is the merchant of record and processes your payment. Your purchase is also subject to that platform’s terms and policies. Daily Planner does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

A subscription gives you access to the paid features associated with the subscription tier while it remains active. It does not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying software.

2. Free trials and introductory offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its duration and conditions will be displayed before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or offer ends, your subscription may automatically convert to the paid plan shown at checkout. Eligibility for offers is determined by the applicable app store or payment platform and may be limited to new or qualifying subscribers.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise disclosed. The length of each billing period is shown at purchase.

4. Managing or cancelling a subscription

You can manage or cancel an app-store subscription in your device account settings. For Apple App Store purchases, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Daily Planner. For Google Play purchases, manage subscriptions in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Deleting the Daily Planner app or your Daily Planner account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you purchased it.

5. Refunds

All purchases are generally final, except where applicable law or the applicable app store’s refund policy provides otherwise. If you bought through Apple, request a refund directly from Apple through its report-a-problem process. If you bought through Google Play or another platform, follow that platform’s refund process. We cannot issue refunds for payments processed by an app store unless the platform expressly permits us to do so.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact the applicable platform first and email us at wutengfei214312@gmail.com with your order details. Nothing in these terms affects any non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Price changes, availability, and termination

We may change subscription prices or features in the future. Where required, we will give advance notice and the change will apply to the next renewal after notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before renewal. We may discontinue a paid feature where reasonably necessary; where required by law, we will provide notice or a remedy.

We may suspend or terminate access to paid features if required by law or if you materially violate our Terms of Service. Ending a subscription does not affect obligations that arose before it ended.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Purchase and Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by another reasonable method. The revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
